Order Cancellation Policy — Chand Tara

1. When can you cancel an order

  • Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

  • If the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In that case please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. How to cancel your order

To cancel an order, please follow one of the following methods:

  • Login to your account → Go to “My Orders” → Select the order → Click “Cancel Order”, OR

  • Contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone (the contact details listed on the website), providing your order number and reason for cancellation.

3. What happens after cancellation request

  • Once your cancellation request is accepted (and provided the 24-hour window is met and the order has not yet shipped), we will cancel the order and initiate a refund.

  • You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email or message.

4. Refunds

  • A full refund will be issued for cancelled orders.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on the payment gateway and bank, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Restrictions & Exceptions

  • Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been shipped or dispatched. In that case, you may use the Return & Exchange Process (if eligible).

  • Customised orders or items which are personalised or made-to-order may have a different cancellation policy — check the specific product page or contact support for details.

  • Cancelling after the 24-hour window does not guarantee refund or cancellation.

6. Cancellation by Chand Tara

We reserve the right to cancel orders even after confirmation, in cases such as:

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Pricing or system errors

  • Unusual order activity or potential fraud

If we cancel an order, we will notify you immediately and refund the full amount.
