At Chand Tara, we aim to provide the best quality for your little ones. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Shipping Information
  • Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days nationwide.
  • Delivery charges may vary based on location.
  • Delays may occur during sales, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Return/Exchange Window
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Condition of Items
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)
Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 working days after inspection.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
  • Customers must send the item back to our address.
  • Exchange will be processed after receiving and checking the product.
