How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Sales and holidays can add a few days.

How much is delivery?

Free on orders above Rs 2,999. Below that, delivery is Rs 250.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. You can also pay in advance.

How do I track my order?

We ship with PostEx and Leopards Courier. For your tracking number, WhatsApp us at 0300 7007888. You can also see your orders under Account → Orders.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unused, unwashed and has its tags and packaging.

Which items can be exchanged?

Garments (clothing) can be exchanged for size or preference. Toys, baby gear, care products and accessories can only be exchanged if they arrive wrong, damaged or defective.

How do refunds work?

After we inspect the item, refunds go by bank transfer or store credit within 5–7 working days. Delivery charges are not refundable.

How do I request an exchange?

How do I choose the right size?

Sizes are by age (for example 0–3M or 2–3Y). If your child is between sizes, choose the larger one. Unsure? WhatsApp us and we'll help.
